Mariano S. Agoncillo, 60, a licensed Civil Engineer, he graduated from the University of the East with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

He is the President and one of the co-founders of  DATEM Incorporated. A quadruple “A” (AAAA) contractor, with expertise in high rise building.  His company has built landmark edifices around Metro Manila and major cities of the country.

He also serves the President of DATEM Water. The company is a partnership between Datem, Inc. and Mann+Hummel Ultra-Flo to provide water and wastewater services suitable for cities, communities, villages and water districts through Build Own Operate (BOO), Build Operate Transfer (BOT) or Joint Venture frameworks which aims to provide clients in the municipal, commercial and industrial sectors with water and wastewater services such as bulk water supply, sewage treatment options and septage management program utilizing the latest technology and cost effective solutions.

​He is the current President for the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) Inc.
