Mr. Ruthai Rugrachagarn graduated with the Bachelor of Civil Engineering at Northeastern University, Boston, USA and holds 4 Master Degree in Construction Management at Northeastern University, Master of Business Administration at SASIN and Chulalongkorn University and Master of Art in Business Law at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. He has worked in construction industry in Public Transportation and High Voltage Transmission Line for more than 30 years and also hold second class Civil Engineering License by the Board for the Control of the Engineering Profession of Thailand.

 

Mr. Ruthai started his career as an engineer with Electrical Generating Authority of Thailand for 2 years and came back to his family business in Construction since then. He’s currently the Managing Director of R C R Co.,Ltd whom his company specialized in high voltage transmission line in Thailand and in Lao PDR. 

He was the board member with TCA for more than 10 years and also Joint Committee with the group of Thai Professional Engineering and The Engineering Institute of Thailand. 

He represents TCA and serves in the work group on Foreign Engineering Section.
