Mr. S.N. Reddy is the Chairman & Managing Director of M/s.Swapna Projects Pvt. Ltd., which operates in India deals Major & Minor Irrigation works with a working portfolio about $ 95 million. He born on 23rd June 1957, He is a great dreamer, with a vision he started his career into the construction soon after his Graduation. He excelled in the Major &Minor Irrigation projects both in Andhra Pradesh and Telananga states of India with more than 35 years of rich experience at the management and strategic planning, implementation of the project life cycle. He is an eminent personality a good orator multitalented project and risk management person, the company is specialised into the Foundation Treatment, Dam Gallery curtain grouting, leakage arrest and radial gates installation for the Dams. There are many feathers of achievements in his successful career cap, Rehabilitation and maintenance of most of the Dams in India. The jobs they performed are world class, the Foundation treatment and grouting works for the 11KM Asia’s Longest Earthen Kandeleru Dam in Nellore District of Andhrapradesh (India) is very prestigious project
His proven skills in the successful execution of the projects with good human relations are much appreciated at various platforms. He is the leader behind the BAI’s initiation of Establishing Contractors Development Institute and instrumental in the formation & Building the National Academy of construction and he motivated to raise more than $ 45 Million funds voluntarily contributed from the contractor’s fraternity. From inception NAC is instrumental in Nation building it helped more than 350, 000 poor and needy people training not only India and also across the globe. The NAC trains poor and needy people in more than 20 disciplines of skill development and skill adaptation, like masons, carpentry barbendors, electricians, General Works Supervisors, Painters, formwork and many other artisans. He is now heading the Builders Association of India as Vice President (BAI).
